The position requires periodic visits to project locations and active construction sites and must perform work in accordance with applicable contract requirements, codes, safety standards, schedules, and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and coordinate resolution of potential project issues, dependencies, and technical or administrative barriers that could affect schedule or deliverable quality.
  • Conduct periodic visits to project locations and active construction sites; comply with all applicable safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure assigned project deliverables are timely, coordinated, complete, and consistent with applicable codes, life-safety requirements, client policies, and Government criteria.
  • Maintain professional contractor identification and comply with client, installation, information-security, physical-security, key-control, OPSEC, and related access requirements.
  • Travel periodically between Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield as required to support assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • Must meet at least one of the following contract qualification criteria: (1) a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Engineering or Engineering Technology, or an equivalent degree in a related field such as Architecture; (2) a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or another equivalent nationally recognized and accredited certifying entity; or (3) a minimum of two years of significant construction project experience in a project management/project coordination capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, project schedules, technical reviews, documentation, and status reporting in a construction, engineering, facilities, or similar project environment.
  • Ability to interpret project scope, technical criteria, plans, specifications, estimates, review comments, and project documentation sufficiently to coordinate work and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and common online collaboration/document -management tools; ability to learn and use Government-furnished systems and software required for contract performance.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access, a satisfactory background check, Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and all contract-required security, cyber-awareness, OPSEC, iWATCH/TARP, and other required training or certifications.
