About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients, including:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing light housekeeping and laundry services
Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
Offering emotional support and companionship
Maintaining accurate records and communicating with other healthcare professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their own homes
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Assess clients' needs and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
