TECHNICIAN WILL VERIFY/DUPLICATE CUSTOMER CONCERN, MAKE SUGGESTIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS FOR REPAIR, PERFORM REPAIR, VERIFY REPAIR IS COMPLETE, CLEAN WORK SPACE.
